Koa Custom Health Report Middleware

Installation:

const healthreport = require('koa-health-report');

The default path is /health:

app.use(healthreport());

With a custom path:

app.use(healthreport({ path: '/custompath' }));

With a custom report object (appended):

app.use(healthreport({ custom: {
  foo: 'bar',
  bin: () => 'baz',
} }));
