This is the css for Xelpmoc's core components. If you are adding a core component, you need to add the functionality to the Xelpmoc Core Components repository and the CSS here.

This lets us add theming.

So if you are on a new project and you need other CSS, create a new repository, publish it to the NPM repository using the steps that are outlined here.
