Read data from different overlays and levels for a specific picker position:
Open plugin from context menu.
Place picker
Hit spacebar or click button at bottom.
Plugin then iterates through overlays and levels and the interpolator function reads wx data at picker position.
Marker filled as data is read.
Console eventually shows array of data.
