为了解决某种需求，在选择时间的时候，我们通常希望知道 选择的日期是周几,但是此组件会将年月日捆绑在一起，所以 选择的日期是短时间类的，为了方便，将开始时间设置为当 天，结束时间设置为当天的后15天
