Fake Talend TAC api for use with STAC API server. Maps to version 3.2 of the Talend Admisitration Center (TAC) API.
setup
$ npm install
run
$ npm start
test (ensure the fake api is running)
$ npm test
If you don't have mocha globally installed, then $ npm install mocha -g
