KeyboardAvoidingAndDismissingView

This component wraps KeyboardAvoidingView in a TouchableWithoutFeedback that only gets enabled when the keyboard is shown.

It takes the same props as the KeyboardAvoidingView.

It sets some default props:

style={{ flex: 1}}
behavior="padding"
