json-conf

Description

Use your JSON files content as objects. Just initialize conf directory and get access to all JSON files properties at this directory.

Warning

Package is deprecated. Strongly recommended to use Multiconf instead.

Installation

npm install json-conf --save

Using

Sample config files at directory ./conf

dog.json:

{
    "name": "Ruuuf",
    "birthYear": 1995
}

cat.json:

{
    "name": "Myau",
    "birthYear": 2015
}

// Init json-conf with directory './conf'.
const conf = require('json-conf')('./conf');
 
// Access to data from JSON files.
console.log(conf.dog.name); // 'Ruuuf'.
console.log(conf.dog.birthYear); // '1995'.
console.log(conf.cat.name); // 'Myau'.
console.log(conf.cat.birthYear); // '2015'.
