js-gym

Gym exercises

A simple js lib for getting gym exercises for a specific muscle group. The data is built on our free API.

Usage

There are three main function to be consumed

Get all muscle groups

import { GymService } from "js-gym";
const gymService = new GymService();

gymService.getMuscleGroups();

Getting exercises for a muscle group

gymService.getByMuscleGroup("chest");

Getting exercises for a search string

gymService.findByExercise("bench press");
