    Examples

    joinn(['a', 'b', 'c'], '', ' & ')
    // => 'a, b & c'

    // => 'joinn'
     
    joinn(['foo', 'bar', 'baz', 'malcolm'], '', '; and ')
    // => 'foo; bar; baz; and malcolm'
