Configuration

RS_LOGGER_USER: RemoteStorage user address
RS_LOGGER_TOKEN: RemoteStorage OAuth bearer token for "chat-messages:rw" scope
RS_LOGGER_PUBLIC: Store log files in public folder (doesn't log direct messages)
