Usage

• as a command line tool:

    $ npm install -g geojsonl2osm
    $ geojsonl2osm file.geojsonl > file.osm
  

• as a nodejs library:

    $ npm install geojsontoosm
  
    var geojsontoosm = require('geojsontoosm');
    geojsontoosm(geojson_data);
