DBConfig v1.1
A command line tool to help you get your node database tools up and running! In version 1.0 and higher, you no longer have to use flags! You can just start the command line tool by running dbconfig
and it will ask you all the questions you need!
Currently works with
- KnexJS (Uses KnexJS)
- MongoDB (Uses MongooseJS)
Installation
If you're on a Mac/Linux:
sudo npm install -g dbconfig
If you're on Windows:
npm install -g dbconfig
Usage
dbconfig
Yes, that's it!
Questions you will be asked
- Project Name: (String)
- Database Type: (Choice)
- Database Name: (String)
