A command line Node JS app built on css-parse that allows you to remove duplicate CSS rules and or properties in a .css file.
$ npm install css-purge -g
$ css-purge -i style.css -o style_purged.css
$ css-purge --help
Install dependencies $ npm install
Local execution $ node bin/css-purge -i style.css -o style_purged.css
