Remarks
This library uses a devDependency in alpha stage called @delta-framework/compiler
Eventhough the delta-framework is in alpha state, this package is only used for the deploy automation.
It's not a part of the package code.
The TsDoc might be verbose but the goal is to have inline Cron documentation.
Because of that, all exported members are attributed with TsDoc.
