Base library for other cleaner- and -helpers packages. Not intended to be implemented directly.
Background
Created from the original cleaner-node. Common logic is moved here and will be used in other cleaner-* and *-helpers projects. For example, express-helpers builds on this logic to add Expres-specific helpers. cleaner-node will be updated to use this library and will be used as a base for other cleaner-* and helper-* projects.
