DESCRIPTION
A babel wrapper that applies the nearest .babelrc to code received via stdin.
OPTIONS
--[no-]compact: pass {compact: true} to babel. defaults to `true`
--[no-]highlight-code: pass {highlightCode: true} to babel. defaults to `false`
