• Use swaiFetch to communicate with BE via UCORE proxy. While connections might be temporarily lost the value will be null - prevent nay API communication during that time as that will throw.
• Use safeTimers instead of their native alternative. We are messing with those to ensure application cleanup.
• If your UI needs to reuse some of the components defined in Portal codebase, those need to be passed via props.
