Experimental Fork

The fork implements some of the outstanding PRs in the preact-transition-group module, as well as adding support for @mattdesl/unistore module so that connect() works correctly with it.

A preact-aliased version of react-addons-transition-group, originally extracted from the React codebase, refactored to ES2015 and converted to use Preact.
