This is the toolchain for Rollup bundled monorepo library initialized inside multi-application projects. It is used through @computerrock/tjs-template-rollup-monorepo-library and Toolchain CLI:

$ npx create-toolchain my-library-name --template @computerrock/rollup-monorepo-library
