Install

$ npm install --global whoa-cli

Usage

$ whoa

Then follow the prompts.

NEED TO write TESTs, but for now, to try it locally, from this directory just run

node ./cli.js

and verify the folder and file were created.

⚠️ ALSO, hashtags is currently not working like at all.
