The cache functions required to run The_ABACUS and associated modules.

To use this package, set the following process variables before calling the cache functions:

• process.env.ACACHE_ADDRESS <-- The address of the cache.
• process.env.ACACHE_PORT <-- The port that the cache is listening on.
