Install with npm

npm i strip-tags --save

Usage

var stripTags = require('strip-tags');
var html = '<head> <link href="abc.css"> <script src="xyz"></script> </head>';
 
stripTags(html, 'link');
//=> '<head> <script src="xyz"></script> </head>'
 
stripTags(html, ['link', 'script']);
//=> '<head> </head>'
