Transfer

stablecoin.transfer(coin, to, amount, privateKey, from, memo)

• from is only required for transactions on the Binance Chain (ABCD and BUSD).
• memo is only available on the Binance Chain.
• The Response format differs between the Ethereum chain and Binance Chain.
