Developing
$ npm install // install dependencies
$ npm run env // set environment to cms, admin, or api app
$ npm run watch // recompile code on the fly
$ npm run start // start web server

Environment
Env can euther be run as a wizard in the terminal by running npm run env or without by providing arguments to the script directly npm run env -- {environment} {configuration}
Possible environments are: admin, cms, api
Possible configurations are: local, develop
