react-native-zebra-bt-printer
This library is built for react native to work with Portable Zebra Bluetooth Printers. This library uses the libraries provided by Zebra. It has been tested with the QLN220, but should work with other QLN series printers that have bluetooth (non BLE mode).
Getting started
$ npm install react-native-zebra-bt-printer --save
Mostly automatic installation
$ react-native link react-native-zebra-bt-printer
Manual installation
iOS
- In XCode, in the project navigator, right click
Libraries
➜Add Files to [your project's name]
- Go to
node_modules
➜react-native-zebra-bt-printer
and addRCTZebraBTPrinter.xcodeproj
- In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add
libRCTZebraBTPrinter.a
to your project'sBuild Phases
➜Link Binary With Libraries
- Run your project (
Cmd+R
)<
Android
- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java
- Add
import com.cyclelution.RCTZebraBTPrinterPackage;
to the imports at the top of the file - Add
new RNMyFancyLibraryPackage()
to the list returned by thegetPackages()
method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle
:include ':react-native-zebra-bt-printer' project(':react-native-zebra-bt-printer').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-zebra-bt-printer/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle
:compile project(':react-native-zebra-bt-printer')
Usage
You must pair your printer first with the device.
iOS requires the printer serial#.
Android requires the MAC ADDRESS.
