Usage:
  quinnc <source dir> <target dir>    # Compile directories recursively
  quinnc <source file> <target file>  # Compile one file to another
  quinnc <source file>                # Compile one to stdout
  quinnc -                            # Compile from stdin
  quinnc                              # Default: compile from stdin
