npm exposed package for https://github.com/manuelstofer/pinchzoom
All credit goes to Manuel Stofer... I just needed his hard work to be exposed as a NPM module.
I have only added a destroy function to allow the object to clean up event bindings.
Manuel, if you want to own this NPM package, just let me know and I'll hand it over to you.
