A simple tool that takes 5 arguments from the command line and produces a predicted time-to-breakdown for the given oxide.
npm install -g nuvpl
Usage: nuvpl [options] Options: -h, --help output usage information -V, --version output the version number -t, --tbd [t] The time-to-breakdown under normal, constant-voltage-stress conditions -v, --vd [v] The stress voltage applied to get the time-to-breakdown -n, --n [n] The Power Law constant "n" -b, --beta [b] The Weibull constant "beta" -i, --input [file] The Comma-Separated-Values file containing the voltage distribution (x,V)
