Spotify backend for nodeplayer

Setup

• Enable backend spotify in: ~/.nodeplayer/config/core.json
• Run nodeplayer once to generate sample config file: npm start
• Edit ~/.nodeplayer/config/spotify.json. You must provide a valid Spotify Premium login and password.
