first cli to understand how oclif works
$ npm install -g mytestcli
$ mytestcli COMMAND

$ mytestcli (-v|--version|version)
mytestcli/0.0.0 darwin-x64 node-v8.9.4
$ mytestcli --help [COMMAND]

$ mytestcli COMMAND
