Add SPDY methods to your koa app
res.push() command to your Koa app.
This will probably be included in Koa once node supports HTTP internally. Also note that this only supports push streams, not hints or trailers and stuff.

SPDY flags are passed to
this. See https://github.com/indutny/node-spdy#api
If the response is not SPDY, then
null will be returned.
Otherwise, you may start pushing data.
Note: an error might be thrown here and I have no idea why.
