Build and Test

1. npm run build --> compile ts: output files in 'components' & 'services' folders in root
2. npm run test --> test metadata
3. npm publish --> publish npm package to Nexus (config in .npmrc)

target: 2019 --> compiled version module: esnext --> dev version
