Usage
// get your geoip and get weather forecast from yahoo iweather
// from iweather -s baidu
iweather --server baidu
// assign location iweather -l fuzhou iweather --location fuzhou
// more iweather -h
Note
yahoo get woeid does not support Chinese characters. so ... baidu api does not support area pinyin. so ...
WTF~!
BTW future will be add a resource like:
fuzhou: '福州'baidu api only support China's weather forecast.WTF~~

- add cache(woeid, geoip)
