This package is the Js library that will be vended to the icna-convention site (https://icnaconvention.org/) using a <script> html tag.

To make updates to the js library that is being vended, build the project with your changes and upload the /dist/icna-chatbot.umd.js file to the icna-chatapp-library-bucket S3 bucket on the DreamLabAI AWS account. (The test site should reflect the changes in the `icna-chatapp-library-bucket S3 bucket)
