Configuring the Adapter
The CSF adapter requires the user's personal api key and secret as environment variables:
CSF_LISTEN_PORT -> Listen port
CSF_USERID
CSF_PASSWORD
and a routable IP address to receive inbound messages as environment variable:
CALLBACK_URL
