Adds buckets to pickup and place fluids (voxel.js plugin)

Right-click holding a filled bucket to place the fluid as a voxel in the world:

Right-click holding an empty bucket to pickup the fluid:

Requires voxel-use for item interaction. The list of fluids is taken from voxel-fluid

Note: this plugin does not implement fluid flow mechanics or alpha transparency.
