Changes

The theme is based on the theme-default of gitbook, with the following changes:

• Fixes Hebrew messages: some where missing some where just wrong.
• Add style for RTL websites, created by flipping the LTR css with rtlcss.
• Remove powered by gitbook link from the summary.
• Add Tepez/OvdimIO logo (with custom style, directly in the CSS file!)
• Fix next and previous arrows for RTL websites
