ESLint config for @carbon/toolkit projects

Usage

Run the following command using npm:

npm install eslint-config-toolkit --save

If you prefer Yarn, use the following command instead:

yarn add eslint-config-toolkit

Finally, add "extends": "toolkit" to your .eslintrc.
