Create Op Studio

CLI tool for bootstrapping new a Sanity Project with my Opinionated Studio.

npx create-op-studio <project-name>

This will:

1. Clone the Opinionated Studio to a new folder using the same project name
2. Run npm install inside
3. Run sanity init to create a new project and override the sanity.json file
