Col-Config is a collection for serveral common configuration files

• The default value for Language and Environment and Modules is always go to the latest, like: ESNext or NodeNext.
• Do not include options:
  • Path, like include, exclude, outDir...
  • JSX
  • JavaScript Support
• *.strict.json includes some additional strict options.
