This is a prototype front end toolkit for CCS projects.

• copies GOV.UK kit and overwrites a small number of styles

The src directory contains overrides for the gov kit

The product deploys to package the whole of the gov kit (uncompiled) overwritten with a small numberof CCS changes, and deploys to npm.
