add antfu's eslint

To use, run:

npx add-antfu-eslint

It will:

• 📦 Installs Packages: Adds eslint and @antfu/eslint-config.
• ⚙️ ESLint Configuration: Adapts based on your package.json's "type": "module".
• 🚀 Scripts: Injects lint and lint:fix if they're missing.
• 📌 Reminder: Suggests setting up the ESLint VS Code extension with a link for more.

Basically, it will follow the advice provided in the README of @antfu/eslint-config.
