Ruter Design System - Icons

Icons provide visual context and enhance usability.

What is this repository for?

This repository contains common icons and pictograms for Ruter Design System. They are provided in various formats.

How do I get set up?

npm install @ruter-ds/rds-icons

Naming convention

We use the following naming convention for icons: [name]-[alt]-[shape]-[o]-[direction].

• [name]: name of the icon
• [alt]: alternative modifier if you have several icons symbolizing the same thing
• [shape]: free or confined into shape (circle, square etc).
• [o]: Modifier for "outline". Default is "fill" (modifier "f" is not needed)
• [direction]: Specify direction: up, right, down, left, h, v.
