基础使用

• 本地测试： npm run test
• 使用方法： npx @quickearth/create-qe-app appname npm init @quickearth/qe-app appname yarn create @quickearth/qe-app appname
• 注意： 如果修改了 create-app.js 文件就需要重新 npm publish，修改其他文件只需要提交 git 即可，不需要发布
