JTFF mission-injector

This javascript package helps you inject JTFF scripts in your DCS .miz file

Installation instruction

prerequisites

you must have installed on your computer :

installation

in a command shell run the following command :

npm install @jtff/mission-injector

Usage

to inject scripts in your .miz file simply launch in a command shell :

npm run inject --mission=<<your_miz_file>>

where <<your_miz_file>> is the path to your .miz file and follow the instructions...

It will prompt you for the miz file you want to inject the JTFF scripts into and also ask you which scripts you want to inject :

The generated mission workspace will be available in the out folder. You'll find the mission with script injected and also the lua resources injected to customize the JTFF scripts. in the settings and resources folder

Additionally, for reference, you'll find the script sources available in the .workspace hidden folder

Scripts provided

cleanup

You can cleanup all the build folder to get back on your feet if you get lost.

npm run clean

build template missions

To generate template missions for JTFF based on the scripts provided in this repo you can run :

npm run build

It will provide in the ./dist folder all the JTFF-templates for all the theatres described in the ./config.json file.

You can of course edit this config.json file to modify the theatres you want to generate a template mission.

inject additional JTFF-scripts in an already JTFF-scripted mission

WIP... check Templatator2000 :)
