Hashgraph Constants

This sub-module is part of the hethers project. It is a fork of the original ethers project sub-module.

It contains many frequently used constants when dealing with Hedera Hashgraph.

Importing

Most users will prefer to use the umbrella package, but for those with more specific needs, individual components can be imported.
