New Package

1. Create a new package via Vue CLI UI inside the packages folder
2. Commit changes to main repo
3. Create a github repo for the new package
4. Initialise new repo as a subrepo like this:

git subrepo init packages/[subdir name] -r https://github.com/byte-size/[repo name].git
