select-movida-queries
Overview
This is a module to make specific queries to Movida API for BBC Studios Syndication. Currently, the project holds only one class/query (in FeatureTrailerChecker). However, the intention is to add further specific Movida queries in the future if required.
FeatureTrailerChecker contains the 'check' method. This will take the parameter of a Movida title id for a promo and verifies whether it is linked to an Amazon Feature. The method returns a boolean value as well as a titles id if the trailer is linked to an Amazon Feature. This check has to be used many times across the syndication pipeline and thus has been put in this separate module.
Development
To be able to work on this module in development, first run the following commands on your CLI:
nvm use 14
npm install
Then check all tests are working as expected:
npm test
