Code to move trist into and out of various data formats, primary storage formats.

There have been many trist formats over several years of development -- this module provides the tools to migrate trists between the various formats, as well as providing support for perisisting trists in current Trystal and Linelo applications.

• remove d.ts from typings reference in package.json
