Ticket Management Module
This module is responsible for managing the ticket's data. It is responsible for the following tasks:
- Adding a new ticket
- Updating an existing ticket
- Deleting an existing ticket
- Retrieving a ticket's data
- Retrieving all tickets' data
- Retrieving a ticket's data by name
